Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Urge Rewire respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
When you request the 24-Hour First Aid Kit, we collect the name and email address you enter in the form. We use this information to identify your request and send the video and worksheet to your inbox.
When you arrive through one of our campaign links and submit a form, we may also record the campaign source, medium, campaign name, link or video label, landing-page path, referring website, and attribution time. This lets us understand which of our own links introduced you to the resource and which link led to your request.
We do not ask you to submit private details about your urges, habits, or personal life through this lead form.
If you choose to complete the optional coaching application, we collect the answers you provide about the behavior you want to address, how long it has affected you, what you have tried, its current impact, and your readiness for a paid coaching program. These answers may include sensitive information. We process them only after you give explicit consent in the application form.
If you book a call, we also record the application identifier, booking status, and Calendly event references needed to connect the appointment to your application. Calendly separately collects the scheduling information you enter in its booking interface.
Our service providers may also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website, deliver email, and play the video. This can include your IP address, browser or device information, request times, video playback activity, email delivery status, opens, link clicks, and unsubscribe activity.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide the video and worksheet you requested.
- Review a coaching application and prepare for a requested call.
- Connect an application with its Calendly booking status.
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and email delivery.
- Respond if you contact us directly.
- Understand whether the requested email was delivered and used.
- Measure which Urge Rewire channels, profiles, and videos generate requests.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We process this information to provide the resource you requested and for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. Where you submit potentially sensitive coaching application answers, we rely on the explicit consent requested directly in that form. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Email Delivery And Control
Submitting the 24-Hour First Aid Kit form signs you up for the delivery emails for the resource you requested and, as stated next to the form, for occasional emails from Roman about taking back control from urges, including new content and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time or contact us to stop future email and request deletion. People who signed up before October 12, 2026 receive only the delivery emails unless they choose otherwise.
Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to run this website and deliver the requested materials. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us:
- MailerLite stores your name and email address, manages the delivery group and unsubscribe status, sends the requested email, and provides email delivery and engagement reporting.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and form endpoints, stores application records in a private database, and provides network security.
- Mux hosts and delivers the training video and may process technical playback information.
- Calendly displays the scheduling interface, creates the appointment, and sends booking details to the host and invitee.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
Cookies And Tracking
Cloudflare, Mux, MailerLite, and Calendly may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technology where needed for security, video playback, email delivery, engagement reporting, and appointment scheduling.
We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. On our pages (except the feedback pages), Meta may receive the pages you view, your IP address, browser information, and Meta's own cookies. When you sign up for the 24-Hour Reset, apply for a call, or book a call, we tell Meta that this happened, together with a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address so Meta can match it to its users. We never share what you are working on, your application answers, or your feedback with Meta. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.
We use session storage to preserve campaign attribution while you move from the lead-magnet page to the training, application, and booking steps. This session information is cleared by the browser when the browsing session ends. Campaign attribution is stored with your record only after you submit a form.
To understand which of our social media links bring visitors, we record anonymous visit counts: the link or source you arrived from, the page you landed on, whether you viewed the sign-up page and opened its form, whether you used a phone or computer, and your country as reported by Cloudflare. These counts do not include your name, email address, or IP address, and we do not use cookies or advertising pixels for them. A random identifier kept in session storage prevents counting the same visit twice and is cleared when the browsing session ends.
When you open the worksheet from our email, we record that it was opened and match it to your request using the email address in the link, so we know whether the materials reached you.
About a day after your request, we may send one email asking how the 24-Hour Reset went. If you answer, we store your answer, any rating or comment you add, and whether you allowed us to share your comment. We share a comment only if you tick the box allowing it, and then only anonymously with your first name. You can ask us to delete your answers at any time.
After booking a call, you can give your phone number to receive a reminder text before it. We use the number only for reminders about that call, and the reminder does not mention what the call is about. You can ask us to delete your number at any time.
Keeping Information
We retain your name, email address, delivery status, and related records only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested resource, operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete or update your information at any time. Some limited records may remain where retention is required by law or in routine backups until those backups are replaced.
Coaching application answers are normally retained for no longer than 12 months after submission unless you become a client, request earlier deletion, or a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal or dispute purposes.
International Processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for these transfers.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, and to request a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We will respond to applicable privacy requests in accordance with the law.
Children
This site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you provide. However, no website or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, offer, tools, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
